NOTICE OF UPDATED UTILITY ALLOWANCES
This notice is to inform you that Housing Authority of the City of Goldsboro (HACG) is making available for public comment the updated utility allowances for Section 8/HCV.
In accordance with federal regulation, we will hold a 30-day public comment period beginning on April 1, 2025 and ending on April 31, 2025. The proposed updated utility allowance is enclosed on the other side of this notice and will also be available for review on the HACG website (www.hacg.org). The proposed effective date for the revised utility allowance is July 1, 2025.
